No Refund Policy
ALL FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. ONCE CHARGED — TRIAL FEE, RENEWAL FEE, OR ANY OTHER FEE — YOU WILL NOT GET MONEY BACK. NO EXCEPTIONS. NO CREDITS. NO NEGOTIATION.
Our standard subscription path is: $21 for a 3-day trial, then $210 billed automatically every 28 days unless and until you cancel before the next charge. Promotion codes entered at checkout may change the amounts Stripe actually charges; your agreement is with the price shown on Stripe at checkout and on your receipt.
Why We Have a No Refund Policy
MyTradingBuddy.ai provides immediate access to:
- AI-powered trading analysis and educational content
- Real-time market insights and signals
- Advanced trading tools and features
- Educational resources and materials
Due to the digital nature of our service and immediate access, we cannot offer refunds once a charge has been processed.
Subscription Management
You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future renewal charges. When you cancel:
- You will continue to have access until the end of your current paid period (trial or renewal period), unless we terminate your account under the Terms of Service
- No further renewal charges will be made after effective cancellation
- You will not receive a refund for the current period or any previous charge — ever
Billing Disputes
If you believe you were incorrectly charged, contact us at hello@mytradingbuddy.ai before filing a chargeback. We may review billing errors in good faith; that review does not waive this No Refund Policy and does not obligate us to issue a refund.
Chargebacks or payment reversals may result in immediate account termination and collection of any fees, costs, or losses we incur — see the Terms of Service.
