AquaFutures Payout Rules and Review (2026): What You Need Before the First Withdrawal
AquaFutures payout rules and review for 2026: account types, drawdown, consistency, caps and payout timing, plus what to check before you buy.

AquaFutures payout rules depend on which of four accounts you buy. Standard pays on demand above a buffer. Flex pays after a count of winning days. Daily lets you withdraw a smaller amount almost every day. Instant skips the evaluation but puts a 20% consistency rule on every payout. Pick the model that fights your habits and the first withdrawal can sit out of reach for weeks, so this page lays out each model's numbers, runs the math on a 50K account and doubles as a short aqua futures review.
We read every figure below in the AquaFutures help center on October 4, 2026. AquaFutures is the futures side of AquaFunded (aquafutures.io now redirects to aquafunded.com/futures). Firms revise these tables without notice, so re-read the AquaFutures payout policy before you buy and again before you request. MyTradingBuddy is not affiliated with AquaFutures.

A few things hold on every model. The split is 90% to you from the first payout. Payouts are processed within 24 business hours through Rise or crypto. The payout policy lists a $500 minimum, while the individual model pages say $100 by crypto and $500 by Rise. Every payout carries a 3% processing fee. The help center says there is no activation fee and no monthly fee, and none of the evaluations has a minimum number of trading days.
Account types and evaluation rules
All three evaluations are one phase with a 6% target: $3,000 on the 50K, $6,000 on the 100K and $9,000 on the 150K. What separates them is the consistency rule.
- Standard has none during the evaluation. In theory you can pass in one session.
- Flex applies a 50% rule. If your best day is $2,000, total evaluation profit has to reach $4,000 before the account passes.
- Daily applies a 40% rule. AquaFutures' own example: a $1,500 best day needs more than $3,750 in total.
- Instant has no evaluation. You buy a funded 25K, 50K, 100K or 150K account and trade it from day one.
Missing a consistency rule never fails the account. You keep trading until the math works.
Rules that apply across models: news trading is allowed, copy trading is allowed only between accounts you own, and less than 50% of your profit may come from trades held under 10 seconds. That last one is the microscalping rule, and it matters more than it looks (see the trader reports below).
The help center does not publish prices. The checkout page on aquafunded.com runs rotating discount codes, so check the live price there before you compare it with another firm.
Drawdown and daily loss limit
Every model uses an end-of-day drawdown. The floor moves only on your closed balance at the end of the session, so an open profit at 11 a.m. does not drag it up. That is friendlier than an intraday trailing drawdown, where a winning trade that reverses can shrink your room before you close it.
| Size | Standard DD / DLL | Flex DD / DLL version | Daily DD / DLL | Instant DD / DLL |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 25K | n/a | n/a | n/a | $1,500 / $1,000 |
| 50K | $2,000 / $1,000 | $2,000 / $1,200 | $2,000 / $1,000 | $2,000 / $1,250 |
| 100K | $3,500 / $2,000 | $3,000 / $1,700 | $2,500 / $1,250 | $3,500 / $2,500 |
| 150K | $5,000 / $3,000 | $4,500 / $3,000 | $3,500 / $1,750 | $4,500 / $3,000 |
The firm's Flex example shows the mechanics. A 50K starts with the floor at $48,000. Close a day at $51,000 and the floor rises to $49,000. Once it reaches the $50,000 starting balance, it stops for good. For Standard and Daily the help center lists the lock level as $52,100, $103,600 and $155,100, the same figures as the payout threshold. If you plan to trade close to the floor, ask support exactly how that maps onto your account.
After any approved payout, on every model, the floor locks at the starting balance plus $100: $50,100 on a 50K.
The daily loss limit is a soft breach. Hit $1,000 on a Standard 50K and your positions are closed and the account is off for the rest of the day, but it is not failed. Tomorrow it opens again, as long as the overall drawdown is intact.
AquaFutures payout rules: buffer, days, consistency, caps
Standard: on demand above a buffer
You can only withdraw profit above a buffer of $2,100, $3,600 or $5,100, which puts the payout threshold at $52,100, $103,600 or $155,100. The first payout is capped at $2,000, $2,500 or $3,500. From the second it rises to $2,500, $3,000 or $4,000. The 40% consistency rule applies in each payout cycle.
Here is how that plays out on a 50K. You are up $4,000 and your best day was $1,800. That day is 45% of the total, so the request button stays off. One more day of +$600 takes profit to $4,600 and the best day to 39.1%. Now the balance is $54,600, which is $2,500 above the threshold, but the first-payout cap stops you at $2,000. Your 90% is $1,800, before the 3% fee. The help center does not say whether that fee is taken from the gross or from your share; on $1,800 it would be $54. After the payout the balance is $52,600 and the floor locks at $50,100, so you restart with $2,500 of room.
Flex: winning days, half the profit
Flex has no funded buffer and no funded consistency rule. A winning day is $200 on the 50K, $250 on the 100K and $300 on the 150K, and the days do not have to be consecutive. The Flex rules page asks for 6 winning days on standard Flex and 5 on Flex with the daily loss limit; the payout policy page simply says 5. Check which applies to the account you bought.
Each request can be 50% of available profit, up to $2,000, $2,500 or $3,000. For payouts two through five you also need net profit since the last payout of $1,000, $1,250 or $1,500. On a 50K with $3,000 of profit you can take $1,500. The balance drops to $51,500 against a $50,100 floor: $1,400 of room for the next cycle.
Daily: a small withdrawal most days
Daily uses the same buffer and thresholds as Standard. The cap is per day: $1,100, $2,200 or $3,300. From the second payout you need fresh net profit of $550, $1,000 or $1,500 before asking again. AquaFutures' example: a 50K at $53,000 has $900 available; at $54,000 it has $1,900 above the buffer, but the day's cap is $1,100.
Instant: profit goals and a 20% rule
Instant skips the buffer and uses a profit goal instead. On the 50K you earn $3,000 for the first payout and a fresh $2,500 for each one after it. Caps run $1,000, $2,000, $2,500 and $3,000 from the 25K to the 150K.
The 20% consistency rule is the hard part. On a $3,000 goal, no single day can reach $600, which means at least six green days. Have one $900 day and the cycle's total has to pass $4,500 before you can ask.
What traders report about payouts
On Trustpilot, the AquaFunded profile showed no TrustScore when we looked on October 4, 2026. Its notice says the rating is unavailable due to a breach of Trustpilot's guidelines. That profile covers AquaFunded as a whole, forex included. Recent reviews there include traders whose payouts were reduced or refused after a rules review that cited news trading, tick scalping, or copy and reverse trading. The older aquafutures.io profile also has September 2026 reviews from traders who say they were paid within hours.
So is AquaFutures legit? We cannot verify anyone's payout. What we can say is that most aqua futures payout complaints we read trace back to AquaFutures rules that are written in the help center, including the 10-second microscalping limit and the copy-trading limit. Read them before your first trade, not after a refusal. If a request is refused anyway, our guide on prop firm payout denied covers what to ask for, and prop firm red flags lists what to check before you pay any firm.
Pros, cons and who it suits
Pros
- 90% split from the first payout on every model.
- No activation fee, no monthly fee and no minimum trading days.
- End-of-day drawdown on every model, and a soft daily loss limit that pauses rather than fails the account.
- Four payout styles, including daily withdrawals and an instant account.
Cons
- A 3% processing fee on every payout.
- Flex pays out only half your profit per request, and Instant's 20% rule is strict.
- Some pages disagree with each other (5 vs 6 Flex winning days, a $100 vs $500 minimum).
- Prices are not in the help center, and Trustpilot shows no rating for the parent brand.
Who it suits: the AquaFutures payout rules favor steady, similar-sized days, so that trader will find Standard or Instant workable. A trader whose results come in a few big sessions fits Flex better, since there is no funded consistency rule. If you scalp in and out within seconds, read the microscalping rule twice.
How to protect the account to the first payout
Size from the floor, not from the balance. On a 50K Flex with a $2,000 drawdown, risking $200 a trade means ten straight losses to fail. Risking $500 means four. One NQ point is $20 on the mini and $2 on MNQ, so a 10-point stop on one mini is that $200.
Then cap your best day before it caps your payout. On Instant, a $3,000 goal means stopping for the day somewhere near +$500. On Standard, 40% leaves more room, but one outsized day still delays the request. Our guide to the prop firm consistency rule explained walks through the arithmetic.
The entry that does the most damage is usually the one taken right after a loss, sized up to win it back. That is where a calm second read helps. MyTradingBuddy reads your chart across timeframes before you enter and shows where the setup breaks the plan you wrote. You still make every decision. It fits the process in how to pass a prop firm challenge: fixed risk, a written plan, fewer impulse trades.
Before you press request:
- You know your model and its cap, buffer or goal for this payout number.
- Your best day is inside the consistency limit, where one applies.
- The balance after the payout stays above the buffer.
- You have re-read the payout policy today, because these rules were checked in October 2026 and can change.
